Note on booking and withdrawal

The free introductory conversation is non-binding. A paid counselling contract only comes into effect once you have made a booking and payment has been received. Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal. If counselling begins before the withdrawal period has expired, your explicit consent is required.
